The manager (I think) is a jerk.

I got to Big O Tires and knew the tire I was going to purchase, from a previous phone conversation with Tony of Big O Tire in Bedford, In. After they pulled my new used car into the shop they came to me and asked where the key was to the locking lug nuts. I replied I was unaware it had them. Long story short Big O Tire removed the keyed lug nuts and ordered me the proprietary lug nuts to replace the old keyed ones. Tony installed and torqued them and did not charge me for them. To say the very least I am very pleased with the out come of my visit to Big O Tire.

I had appointment made and the day I called to set it up they were in stock with the tires I wanted but when I went in for my appointment they had sold the tires earlier that day. Since I had an appointment and they sold the tires, they gave me an upgrade to the next set for the same price as the ones I originally wanted. I was very pleased at how they handled the situation and making their customer happy.

We have gotten our oil changes done at Big O for the last several years but the prices have gone and we recently found a cheaper place to do out oil changes. We will continue to buy our tires there. The service is always good.

I'm a long time customer and as usual, very satisfied. The tech also checked my air filter and showed it to me. He recommended it be changed. I would never had thought of it. Thank you.

Super friendly staff and my wait time was short and the coffee was fresh.

Brought a leaking tire in, and they got to the cause and fixed me up with another tire, as the leak was in a sidewall. They know what they are doing!

Ive been coming here for years and this place has been so good to me. Its always a speedy stop and the customer service is phenomenal. The manager Matt at The Bedford Location is such a great leader and manager. He is always making sure me and my family are taken care of right.

It was a good visit. I came in without an appointment, got 4 tires and an alignment and was out in under 2.5 hours. They had originally said it should be 1.5 hours, but I kind of expected a little longer than that. My only complaint is that I had asked them to do a front end inspection when I came in. They seemed to have done it, but I had to ask if anything was wrong. When I did, they said a wheel bearing was a little loose. I then had to ask how much it would cost for them to fix it.

I visit Bedford Big O tires regularly formy oil changes & have no complaints. I recently had an appointment to have my brakes replaced @ 4 pm and had a 30 min. wait. Inconvenient for me making me almost late foranother appointment.
