I had sworn off ever going to Big O tires in Bedford due to bad experience many years ago but I work with Jay Tomlinson & he told me his relative owns it now so I decided to give it another try. So far I have been pleased. We'll see how the tires hold up and if I need to use the warranty I hope it be honored. I am expecting good things and like having a hometown place to go.
