Visited last week and was in and out quickly, good service

Sales counter was very dry and had me get s print out from Walmart cost of tires . I was not happy with Walmart when I got my first set of tires, they didn't torque them in almost lost my front end of my car from it are almost falling off. So I think his name was Jordan I talk to at big O. And he offered a close same deal. I was extremely happy thank you so much. Merry Christmas and happy new year.

Vehicle overall handling increased; traction is much improved.No problems with the tire recommendation made.

I believe Matt was whom I worked with. He was very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful during the process both on the phone and in person when I came in. He went out of his way to make sure he introduced himself, which was great. I dinged on the quality of this service because there was some kind of grease on my aluminum wheels all around each tire and on all 4 tires. This really upset my wife, which she mainly drives this vehicle. Tried rubbing it off and taking it through the car wash but still don't have it all cleaned off yet as my back is out.

Always do a great job are real friendly. I will continue to use them.

I called to see how busy the store was and told the wait was 1.5 hrs. The technician then offered to complete a ticket so I would be on the list when I arrived. This worked out great and I only had to wait a short period of time for the service to be performed. Always great service at our local Big O store!

Staff was very helpful. The store was extremely busy but the staff patient and helpful. Everyone was working hard and getting items processed as quickly as possible.
