Seems like you have a really good crew at your shop. We're new to your area and are having to establish local relationships with various service providers. When we moved to Indy which is still our permanent home for a few more years, after watching the gang at Firestone literally steal from customers, we ended up with Mike Trammel at Big O Brownsburg. They've been my tire store for approx. 20 yrs. Now I have a place to turn to at the lake which will be our permanent home whenever I ease into retirement. Look forward to meeting you during one of my visits to your store. We are all about small business privately owned vendors and service providers because we are small business people too. I just came into get a damaged tire replaced. The guys were very friendly and efficient. I was on my way again very quickly. I live in Bloomington and I didn't have a spare. I had four new tires from the Tire Barn and one was damaged when a tractor came too close and I went sightly off the road to avoid it. The right front tire was damaged beyond repair. When I need to replace all four again (I have an all wheel drive) I will use your store. The customer service is much better, and I appreciate that when I am making such an important purchase. I am now using the tire from your store as a spare as I went to tire barn to get an exact tire to match the other three. But they have recieved the very last of my business. I will see you when its time for four new tire replacement. Just a note: the clerk was very clear about the tires not being exactly matched and the possibility of damage to the drive train, it was my choice to buy the different tire. It is why I went to Tire Barn as soon as I got to Bloomington. Thank you.

I came in yesterday for some brake work (which Jason did an outstanding job on) and the guys at the counter were very kind and courteous, Tony and Matt were also by the front counter and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I've always had great experiences with Big O. Dalton also went out of his way to make sure I was taken very well care of. Great job guys!

My Toyota Corolla was having Brake issues, I called Big-O and asked for an appointment. They were able to get me right in. They confirmed what I had suspected and made the necessary repairs.
