Big O Tires

It was actually my grandson that brought his car in for new tires. He was very grateful for the service he received. I paid for his tires over the phone and I received excellent customer service.

Was in and out in about 25-30 min. Can't ask for more than that. Much better than Walmart

The guy that took my order was very pleasant, quick, and courteous, almost to a level unusual to see these days. Everything was completed in record time. Of course there weren't many people there this particular day, but my visit was enjoyable, and that counts for a lot to me.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Explained all that needed to be repaired (breaks/rotors). Service was completed rather quickly. I dropped off at the time I scheduled, within the hour of closing. Mechanic finished first thing in the morning. I was able to receive a little senior discount, which helped. I was somewhat disappointed that the nearly new tires, with warranty, on the rear of the vehicle I purchased is not transferrable to me.

Had a coupon for the oil change and got $10 off. Personnel were efficient and quick. No complaints at all about the experience.
