Brought my truck in to get balanced after the car lot had it aglined and big o had my truck in and out in 10 minutes.. great service

the team messed up a bit by dropping the order but when they found out, they apologized and even gave the kids some balloons to help with them.

The three gentlemen there working were very friendly and helpful. They kept me posted on what they were doing and how long it would take. I was in and out very quickly. I also appreciate how the counter man went BBC to my car and covered seats, steering wheel and floor board with plastic protection in bbn order to no get it dirty. Thanks guys!

Great service! They got my truck setup correctly with no issues in the time frame they originally told me.I have 22" wheels and Big O's new state of the art alignment machine was able to align my front end and more importantly, not damage my wheels.

My service was excellent. The tires I ordered were at the store, ready to be installed when I arrived. The work I requested was completed in good time. The tech did not pay attention to the work order enough. I had to have counter personnel go out in the shop to remind him. I do have all my oil and alignments at Big O. Also all my tires are from there at this particular store, I have always felt as though the price, all though high, was in line. When my car needed a battery naturally I went to Big O, and bought it there.

30 minutes to have a tire plugged.

I came in for oil change and tire rotation, but was also concerned about brake wear. I didn't mention brakes when I dropped truck off, however. When I paid I asked about the brakes, and was told that they had been checked and found satisfactory. BigO has the high-mileage oil, which I much prefer for my truck, as well.
