Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable! I did not have to wait very long and even if I did they had a spacious waiting area and also have a picnic table outside. Prices were very good too. I've always came here to get any of my car services done and I'll always come back!

New to area. Was recommended two places in area to get Oil Change , I have a fairly new Truck . I chose Big O basically for outside appearance seemed as though they did repair and maintenance work. Waited longer then I thought I would , the place is busy . I can see why , having my first service being free . I was amazed this being offered . Definitely will come back and you gained a loyal customer .

Went in to get a tire plugged. I had the tire off and the guy at the counter came out and got it told me no problem and I was there for maybe 5 minutes total just to give him my info and say when I would be back to get my tire. They said it would be ready when I got back. A few hours later I go back in and the guy at counter already new what I was there for when I walked in verified my name and settled up the bill which was the going rate for a plug. They had my tire outside by the curb waiting on me. The pick up went even faster than the drop off. Very good and quick service.
