Big O Tires

I left truck after store was closed. So no one had a chance to greet me .

I was told by another tire store that I needed an alignment and 4 new tires. Big-O tire associate determined I didn't need alignment or tires. I appreciated the honesty.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. The facility is very clean and neat, and I know that if I have any questions, they will be answered promptly and in a manner that I understand.

No rip off. I thought I needed brakes on all 4 tires: rotors and pads. I only needed the front. They automatically rotated tires and did ask for anything else!!

I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it and I had my tires rotated! I’ve had two of my friends wanting to bye tires and I told them about BIG O and they both took my advice and one of them said they saved $100. So yes when anyone wants tired I highly recommend BIG O!!

They were nice, prompt and knew their job well. They got my tire repair done in a reasonable time, I just dropped it off and picked back up after they called and said it was done! Jordan is a great worker! I would definitely recommend going back to them.

Employees at the desk were pleasant and patient. It was very busy when I was there. One reason I will continue to go to this big o store is because I'm treated well as a customer.
