Issues with scheduling a tire appointment but once the second one cancelled (by system) I was contacted right away to set up the next appointment. Tires were special order and were installed right after they came in

Appreciate good price and normally good service ; however, when, we called and asked if you were busy we were told there shouldn't be a wait to get oil changed. Drove straight over from Mitchell and waited one and one half hours. Not happy about that. No apology for the wait.

Had a flat tire and changed it out with my spare. Proceeded to Big O Tires and they fixed the leak and changed out my tires. This was completed before I finished eating across the street. Thanks!
