We have utilized Bedford, IN, Big-O for several years, through 4-5 autos...never had a bad service or less than honest evaluation from them! Definitely will stay with them!!

I had a recommended service when I got my tires rotate, replacing fractured lug studs. I had some questions as to what that even was, and received a good explanation from owner Tony Ellis and store manager Matt Fleming.

I had a bolt in my tire and the store closed at 6 and I arrived at 545. They stay and fixed my tire for me. Great customer service

Friendly people I got helped as soon as I walked in the door very little time waiting we buy all our tires there and your people take care of us very good as far as flat tire repair keep up the good work 🙂

Great price and service

I had an unpleasant experience at Big O in April of 2018, but I had never had a bad experience before then and decided to give it another chance. I was satisfied with this experience.

Quick and answered all my questions very well. The price was very fair. Even when I asked about my tires on my other vehicle they were very knowledgeable. And the customer service was great.

I arrived late afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very busy but still friendly and eager to help me. This location's staff is always honest and dependable. They advised me about two tires that were worn and gave me a price. I plan to budget for them soon.

Have big o tire on my car had no problem out of them and we take it back for tire rotation its in and out fast

Big O in Bedford is usually busy which is a good sign there good at what they do, but they always seem to get me taken care of in a reasonable time,good service & good people .

The site manager took care of me and tried to find used tires initially so I could save money. He was also clear and polite about why we couldn't use the older tire that I had. One thing I did find interesting was that when I went back they didn't offer to help me load the new tires in my vehicle though the manger helped me bring them in.

My car was serviced really fast and everything got done that needed to be.
