Very good timely service!

The staff was very friendly

They got my car in with no waiting to rotate my tires. Found a problem with the car that needed immediate attention. I made an appointment for the next day and they fixed it in a timely manner,thus avoiding potential trouble with the steering.

The service was for the free tire rotation. The visit was unscheduled, but it was not an overly busy day so the service was prompt, courteous and professional. The warranty and tire rotation bundled in the cost of the product is a good business practice.

i went in for an oil change and a tire check/rotation.They did not recommend an alignment, and I took it back today to get that done.Everything if fine now.

Fast service

Because of the tire size we had to order the correct size, they arrived the next day. Big-O called to inform us that the tires had arrived. I ask, when can we get them installed and was told to bring it right in. When we arrived, I ask hold long our wait would be, I was told that we were next and within 10 minutes the car was inside the bay. The staff pointed out an unusual wear pattern on what I thought was a good tire that I had intended to keep. After looking at what the Technician had found, I decided I didn't want that tire after all. The new tires were installed promptly and they drive great. Thanks Big-O.

My family has been going to Big O Tires for awhile now. They are always very quick and friendly and very caring. I dont know much about vehicles but they always explain everything clearly and give me the best deal i can get. Whenever there is a time they get busy and things take longer then usual, they always make it up to me with a discount or coupon for next time, even when i dont complain. They really make me feel cared for.

The only complaint I have was they didn't come and get me when my truck was finished I had to go ask them if it was finished

I was able to schedule an appointment for the time frame I needed it. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the store, got checked right in, and the service was done in just over 20 minutes. We always have the best service at Bedford’s Big O Tires!

Need to make sure customer gets sticker advising on next alignment date

They worked me in same day because they knew I worked the next few days at the hospital and it was Thanksgiving weekend. They fixed my tire and had me on my way!!!!
