Big O Tires

I had an 8 A.M. appointment for tires and alignment. Car went into the service bay at 7:58 and I went for some Breakfast. Tony contacted me at 08:30 A.M. and informed me that I had a bad ball joint which needed to be replaced before the alignment. The cost was very reasonable and I approved the work. All work was completed in a very timely manner and was ready for pick up at 11:00 A.M. Very pleased with the work and speed of the repairs and alignment.. Based upon this visit and prior visits I will be a repeat customer. Thank you Tony!

Was at Big O Tires in Bedford, IN this past Wednesday. Gentlemen at counter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had both rear tires of my vehicle leaking air and had to air them up every two days. Big O found a nail in each of them which they repaired they also broke the tires down and wire brushed around the rims of both. Then installed back onto vehicle. The repairs was fast and efficient. Highly recommend Big O Tires.

The crew at the Big O I go to are awesome! They are friendly, very knowledgeable and fun. I have bought all my tires for all my vehicles from them. I have recommended my sister and other friends to Big O.

I went in for oil change. It went quicker and cheaper than expected. A nail was found in tire and referred to me for decision. I brought to their attention I had bought tires there and was immediately put to ease by manager letting me know it would be covered by warranty if nail had pierced deep. Luckily, it was a short nail and not an issue. I feel as though these guys in Bedford always have my best interest in mind. I will continue getting oil changed and tires replaced here for this reason. Good customer service and quick, thorough oil changes. Thanks to all!

For no apparent reason, our car had a hard time starting. I was able to get it started and immediately took it to the Big O Tires people here in Bedford, IN. I requested a battery test and an alternator checkout. In about an hour, I was called and told I needed a new battery and the exact total cost of this repair. I gave the OK to the personnel and they were able to replace and install a new battery. They called me to let me know the car was ready. There was no fuss or bother and I was on my way.
