I had a couple of old tires removed and two other tires mounted for a sand rail. The service guys went beyond the normal procedure to clean up the old rims and get the tires mounted and sealed. Big O has always treated me right.

It was my first time visiting & I was able to walk in with a problem, get it checked, diagnosed & fixed within 30 mins

Went into Big O because my local dealership couldn't rotate my tires due to the wheel lock missing. I told the guy at Big O that they were last rotated in Fall by them so either the lock didn't make it back into my truck or I had never had one because I had just purchased the truck used with the aftermarket wheels. They said they had a master set and were able to rotate the tires. They tried a couple spare locks they had to see if they were going to work and would have given it to me for free if they did. None prevailed, but they since have ordered me one and I will pick it up when it comes in. Great service. Easy to work with, definitly done dealing with my dealership unless it's warranty work.

I like the Big O tire. It seems to be very good I am on the third set of them.

I have purchased three sets of tires from Big O in three different cities. Whatever my tire beeds are, the staff at these locations made sure I was helped as quickly and cheerfully as possible. My family and I will definitely keep our business with Big O for many years to come.

There was another customer being very rude and loud but the employees did there best to fix the situation. I was next in line and even though they had a unpleasant conversation previously the employees were very professional.
