Waiting for my vehicle in the store, very impressed with the whole team with there enter action with every customer. Nice to see a team that visibly gave an interest in there work...

Dropped off tire and had it fixed in no time. Everyone always friendly and they have gone the extra mile and helped me out when I really needed it. Squeezed me in so I could get Bobcat fixed and finish the job.

Location offered a variety of different tires for my vehicle, some with great warranty mileage. The current sale allowed me to get a free tire, and they were up front about checking the alignment and the total costs. Thought getting 4 new tires would be much more than I paid!

they took the screw out of the front driver side tire rotated the tires in a short time. i was back on the road thank you for being quick

The chap that waited on me, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The work was done in a timely manner. Great place. One recommendation: staff shouldn’t interrupt interaction between client and customer specialist. A short chubby fella with lite colored short hair was interrupting my transaction with the professional that was serving me.

It was an emergency brake repair. Calipers locked up, burning sound, smell and smoke! They didn't have the parts on hand and I was stranded away from home. It was mid-day on Friday. They had the car repaired by noon Monday. It was an inconvenient messy experience. The Big O Tire people were kind and did all they could to help, even if sympathy was all they could offer.
