Because of Chelsey. She was patient, kind, courteous, helpful while I needed to have a tire fixed on my way to work. I was only slightly bothered about the 45min. wait time..but that was not her fault. It was a busy time. I left my car and someone picked me up while the tire was fixed. She called, and an associate drove me over to pickup and pay. Chelsey explained the doubleplug on the tire, which gave me peace of mind how good that would hold. She is a definite asset!! Product knowledge and expertise is not applicable in this instance. Service (tire rotation and installing snow tires) was very quick for a busy afternoon--about an hour. There was no charge, as tires were BigO, but still was a nice perk.

Great guys to work with with when something is wrong with your vehicle

I had a loose battery cable the week before and was stranded. A friend tightened the cable and everything worked again. At Big O they patiently listened to my story and complied with my request for a routine battery check. It checked out as good so I feel more confident in driving without worry that it might be on its last legs and strand me again. I thought they might dismiss me with a "It starts, don't give it a thought." which is pretty much the attitude others have given me on similar things. Appreciated the Big O guys. A senior woman needs their TLC.
