Big O Tires

Good service

Over the past 10 years or so, we have purchased at least 4 sets of tires for our SUV vehicles and a set of tires for our commercial ambulance. We have ALWAYS been treated well by the staff and given great Big O products!

As always, great service and back on the road quick.

I had a chirping noise from one of the right side wheels. I had it checked by BigO Tires on Monday, and they thought I needed to have brakes cleaned and adjusted. I didn't think that was the problem: I was thinking there was a bad wheel bearing. But by Tuesday I had decided that the mechanic at BigO was right, so I took my truck back in and had the brakes cleaned and adjusted. The repair was exactly on target and the chirping noise disappeared. It is great to be able to drop a vehicle off for service without an appointment, but even nicer to get great service in the process! IT only took about an hour and a half to get the work done.

They do the work requested and point out anything else that needs attention, but without any pressure to seek a fix.
