Big O Tires

Brought a leaking tire in, and they got to the cause and fixed me up with another tire, as the leak was in a sidewall. They know what they are doing!

The manager was very concerned with my problem. I felt like I was the only customer and being in business for 32 years it was refreshing to see a customer taken care of. Also the mechanic that did my repair did not miss a step and never stopped working all the time during the repair. I was completely impressed with the experience.

Ive been coming here for years and this place has been so good to me. Its always a speedy stop and the customer service is phenomenal. The manager Matt at The Bedford Location is such a great leader and manager. He is always making sure me and my family are taken care of right.

We've purchased two sets of tires and very pleased with both. My son took one of the vehicles in with a nail in one of the Tires. Big O was out standing and did not charge! Way to go!

I bring all my vehicles here and they always take great care of us and give us a call if they find a problem! I bought a new car in and they set me up an appointment one morning but I called to see if they had a cancellation the day we got it and they got me right in and took great car of us! They were done in no time. So pleased with them here in Bedford IN
