Big O Tires

I drove my car into a car wash had have it towed out!!! The dashboard looked light a Christmas tree and the car would barely move. This was a Sunday and I had the car towed to Big O in Noblesville. The head tech looked at it for a couple of hours before giving me the verdict. The guys replaced the two shorted sensors and did some other work that I was planning on coming in for. My car is running better than ever! And Big O turned this around with NO notice! GREAT Job!!!

The guys are nice. They explain the work they did and when I should need things replaced. They listen to my concerns. They move my seat back when they’re done.

The guys nailed it when they suggested changing the transmission fluid in my 2005 Equinox. The car now shifts smoothly!

Worked with the team after having a flat tire. Even though we had to order my new tire, they took care of all 3 tires and the donut to ensure air was correct. When I returned to get my tire on, they were very friendly and helpful once again!

Everything went great I had struts and shocks put on it and it rides great again.

Scheduled an appointment to get a valve stem repaired/replaced and within 5 minutes we had a solution and 15 minutes later I was on my way. Easy to work with and a quiet lobby unlike some other tire places.

Invoices were clear to read. I trust the associates at this location. I have brought my car here as well as my fiancé for a few repairs now. I don’t feel like I am being overcharged when I come here. I feel like the associates have the best interest in mind.

Prompt service on a tire repair. When it took longer than expected the reason was explained. They wanted to make sure the repair was done correctly. I will go back for tires and service.

It was a pleasant experience.Jim S. was professional and represented the 'Joe/Big O' brand well.He was professional and while still 'selling' he laid all the options out and let me decide.If I had questions (and I did) he had an answer that was both correct and relevant.A 16 yr. old Subaru with 146K+ miles drives like it did when new.I'm seriously considering getting the same tires I bought for my Scion xB.All in all a pleasurable experience (or at least as pleasurable as auto repair can be!).Even the coffee was good.

I don’t feel like I am being solicited to buy extra parts or services other than what I came in for. Big O employees seem to be generally honest.

The team went above and beyond. Only criticism would be some trash in the parking lot. Really being nit picky on that!
