Communication from Jake and everyone was fantastic. Everything was upfront and they tried to work so hard with my warranty but my warranty is difficult to begin with.

In and out very quickly, courteous, clean shop!!

I had worked with Jake before when I got four new tires. We joked about Jake from State Farm and he was Jake from Big O Tires. Another employee named Jacob was as friendly as he could be and then Chad was equally friendly. It is nice when they are only 1/4 of a mile away but even if they were a few miles away I would go there because of the great service. Thanks to all of the team. Blessings to you!

I dropped in midday with an issue I had created myself. I explained my problem and handed my key over. Within several minutes my vehicle was already pulled into the garage and being worked on. I was in and out very quickly with exceptional & friendly service.
