I had brake service completed at Big O. I liked the ease of scheduling the appointment and the quality of service. Joe was excellent at explaining the service. He also gave me a list for other service which was needed for my vehicle.

The shop was very busy. All bays full. My tires were installed right in the parking lot (due to the size of my 1 ton dually truck).

They didn't have the tires in stock that I was looking for but made sure they were on the truck for delivery the next day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable!

I had a leaking tire I needed replaced, I dropped in with a replacement tire. Staff were helpful and were able to fit me in, I think I was in and out in about 15 minutes
