Big O Tires

I got a nail stuck in my tire that caused it to be flat. I called my usual go to place and they said we could bring the tire in but they weren't sure if they could get it fixed that day. So we started calling around to other places by our house. 1st call was to Big O Tires and they said the would be able to get it done today. So we took it in and about an hour later they called me to say they were done and had it all fixed up. They really saved us lots of stress will be visiting again.

Big O is the only tire spot for me. They stand behind their products and are incredible at communicating. Bret and Jake are fantastic.

I went there last year, and I actually left with a bad experience. I decided to give them another try last week, and I'm glad I did. They could have charged me for a new blower motor, but all I needed was another component of that. They saved me $100 just by being honest. They were upfront about pricing, too, something another local auto shop wasn't able to do.

I had an appointment that turned out to be worth the wait. I will just say that my customer service experience was extremely excellent and it pays to be patient. My vehicle was inspected and service with great care and the delivery of the service done was explained by management who demonstrated superior customer service. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise. I give Big O Tires on East 146th st Noblesville, IN 5 STARS

I am always impressed with the professionalism...That said I am disappointed that David in Noblesville could not apply the $50 off my Bill on Monday for Service I had complete the prior Friday. He said I had to take it up with Joe, the owner...which I plan to.

The professional manner which I received service was amazing. All prices were given to me up front and the service was timely and met all my expectations. I will be doing service with this location again and again.
