I've done my tire and front end business with Big O in Clarksville for over 35 years now. Their friendly customer service and knowledge of what's best for the customer has kept me coming back. A great crew.

Your technicians left the oil cap very loose and oil spilled out all over the engine causing smoke and the smell of heated oil to enter my car while I was driving on the highway, on the way home from the oil change. Big mess on the engine and my garage floor. Last time I was in for an oil change and tire rotation, my tires were not checked and inflated and windshield fluid wasn't topped off. Too many mistakes. I'll NEVER be back.

For many years Big O has always been the place I go to when I needed tires. I came to the store Friday around 4:00pm to purchase tires and to have my brakes checked. (As I always have in the past) I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and let the gentleman at the counter know why I was there. The store was not very busy and my vehicle was taken into the bay area within 5 minutes. I sat in the waiting room and watched the mechanics remove my tires from my car and inspect my brakes. Approximately 15 minutes later I see the mechanics putting the tires back on. I immediately went to the same gentleman at the counter and asked if my tires were okay because I see them putting them back on my car? He replies that my tires are in very bad shape and that I also needed rear brakes and rotors. I was aware. I proceeded to ask why are they putting the tires back on then because I was wanting to purchase new tires and brakes. By the time I finished asking, the mechanics already had my car pulled out of the bay and into a parking spot. The gentleman and the counter then asked if I would like to make an appointment. I let him know I was there today to purchase the tires and get brakes so I didn't understand why he didn't ask me this prior to them pulling my car out. It really made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them and they just wanted to get me in and out. Not once did he offer to pull my car back in and complete the job. Instead, I was asked twice if I wanted to make an appointment. I do not understand why I have to make an appointment. It was 2 hours before closing time! I drove my car (with dangerous tires) down the street and purchased my tires, brakes and rotors elsewhere. I was told a few of the lug nuts was broke when they inspected. Big O was the only one to touch them. I will never recommend nor will I continue to do business with Big O again. What a disappointment, I have always highly recommended them in the past. Never again. This is unacceptable.

Kyle did a great job explaining the process and what was needed to be done to get rebates an so forth. Fast and friendly service, would recommend to others looking for new tires

Paid 30.00 for uber inspection, they filled out an outdated form. It was rejected. I then went to PepBoys in Louisville, they inspected my car, filled out proper paperwork and did it for 22.50

I like place that knows your name when you come in and there's always the same faces in the store. Great customer service

I had a brake issue, was advised their mechanic couldn't fix it, wanted me to check with Jeff or New Albany.... New Albany was able to fix it...I guess they'll be my go to store now. I've been a Big O customer for over 40 yrs.... very disappointed in my home store on Eastern Blvd.

My tire has gone flat well almost flat for the second time so I knew something was wrong. They took it off and found two nails in it, fixed it promptly while being borh professional and friendly.

I had an issue with the alignment on my car due to hitting a curb. They told me the car had frame damage when a simple bolt that is part of the alignment process had been moved from its original place. I also question whether or not they damaged the subframe with a lift but can't prove it so my loss. Last but not least I had a tire swapped and a different Big O quoted me one price this one almost charged me double what the other shop would have. Good luck and watch your car every second if you decide to take it there.

It is always a pleasure to come to this location. These guys are great. Over the years I have purchased 5 sets of tires and was happy with every experience.

Store was very dirty. Waited for over 45 minutes before our vehicle even went into the shop. Unfortunately we picked up a nail in our tire and needed two new ones. This was the wrong place to go because of how long it took and we got charged an arm and a leg. Also we're very pushy about getting more expensive tires. Will not be going back.

Big O Clarksville, Donnie ,and his team are great... friendly, courteous, efficient, anx willing to explain. I highly recommend them.

After having my car towed to Big O on Preston Hwy., Louisville, KY with a flat tire and donut tire flat, and discovered they did not have a tire my size in stock.I proceed to drive to Clarksville, IN store.They took care of me fast and handled my problem with great service.

The staff was very knowledgeable,I had an appointment and they started on time overall good exprience.

I was there for an hour and 20 min. My car was never even looked at, I finally said I needed my keys I was leaving, and he just handed me my keys. Never apologized for being such an inconvenience, or for waisting my time.

I love this store, great and fast service. The staff is friendly and professional.
