Bought tires at Big O Tires Clarksville for 2 vehicles over the last month. In both cases, the customer service was excellent. Honored my appointment time and did the work in a timely manner.

I came in for a flat tire repair, which they were going to do for free when everyone else wanted $30 each for, and I had two. I ended up having knots and punctures on three of my four tires, so I needed a full set. I only could afford three new tires but the Manager told me about a finance program through snap and it was a God-send! I got all four new tires, warranty and an alignment and it only cost me $15 that same day! Oh, and did I mention that all this happened on Christmas Eve! Best tire shop in town!

They were quick and friendly. I got my tires rotated and they looked at one of my tires that I had hit a curd with. They were able to fix my hubcap and checked everything out.
