Big O Tires

Called around and got estimates then discovered big o was charging me $80 more than a business down the road from them. I probably won't come back to big O. You always send me coupons for stuff to my email then when I get to the store and ask to use them my car is all of sudden not eligible for the coupon. Don't bother sending me anything if my vehicle isn't compatible. It's a waste of time for me and makes big o look like a con. It also took an hour to get a brake inspection done. When I was told they take 30min.

Truly all around excellent service.

They did not list all the services actually performed. I replaced all 4 tires and also an idle amr but per the notes say only an alignment and vehicle check. Need to be more detailed when updating these records as the options are there

When my tires were in stock a couplr hrs after waiting i asked what was going on, i was informed they had damaged the forth tired and failed to inform me. I purchase the road hazard bc i was informed that if some thing happened i would get a free replacement. A couple days ago i took my van in for a tire replacement bc the tire failed. Aftwr being quoted 20 to 30 min i sat there for an 1hr and 30 min to get one tire replaced. As my wife drove the van home she notices it shook, i drove the van to work that night to check it out. Indeed the van had a very noticeable shake. I took the van im a 1100 am the next day to get the next tire balanced and noticed the weight was popped off the front tire. Some one the day before popped it off bc they thought that was the tire beinh replaced and never put it back on, so again i had a 30 min wait time, ended up being 2 hrs

Always there when you need them

Me and my mom came to get a new battery, oil change and a new air filter an after a hour and half it was done an the guy said that my breaks were good an everything was fine, well the next day my breaks started going to the floor and I knew the front one's were new, so I called this morning and ask why they said they were fine when they wasn't an they pulled out the ticket an looked an said well we couldn't get the hub off the back one's so we didn't get to check it, an I said well don't you thinkyou should have told us that an he said yes an I said were going on a trip this weekend and now I have to buy breaks an get them put on because you all want to say everything is fine when it wasn't. ..My mom and dad are pissed off because like they said here were going on a trip an what happens if we would have a wreck and was killed, because no one wanted to say anything about not being able to get the hub off the back one's. An still paid 180.00 for what they did..

tires were never rotated as asked for the oil change only after having to take it back as the car was now squealing we found that the serpentine belt was half torn something else that should have been checked during the safety inspection

If your coupons that you email me didn't have an expiration date, I would come here more often. Please take the expiration dates off.

Everything was great, except I'll have to go back and let them try again to balance the rears..

I took my car in as it was time for a rotate and balance. I asked them to check a tire with a very slow leak. I was told the valve stem was bad and I needed a whole new tire costing $97-$98. I took the car to another tire store and was told the valve stems were all fine and couldn't locate where the tire was leaking air as it is a very slow leak. The other tire store and a knowledgeable relative both said I didn't need a new tire and that the valve stems alone can be replaced when needed. I felt like Big O was trying to take advantage of me trying to sell me something I didn't need.

I have been going to Big O in Clarksville, IN for about 7 years and they have always done a great job. They are always friendly and service is usually very fast. No complaints.

came in to get two front tires. wasn't happy with how the man at the front desk came off. came off a little smart. this was my 2nd time going here and he was nasty both times. and not too happy with how my tires look. they look warn out, like they're not going to last long. and i paid 167 for both with warranty. i love the new albany store. they are more kind. never had ant issues at that location

I have dealt with BO for years and plan to continue as long as I need tires for my care.

Worst experience ever! I came in for a flat repair, with very limited time, and they tried to sell me brakes, an alignment, and 4 new tires. On top of that it took 3 hours to get me in and out. Not my best day and I am sure not there best effort, but I will not be back.

This is my tire store and anything else i need done. Great store
