I dropped in to get my tires rotated, only because there were no cars in the lot or in the bays!

Drove my truck over there for a boil change.custimire service good checked for any leaks the next day.there were no leaks they did good job.

There is usually an associate that greets you as you walk through the door, today it was Kyle, he asked me by name what I needed and promptly gave an answer of the cost. the other associates of this store are always friendly and very helpful when asked questions, if they don't know the answer right away they will find it out for you, Thanks

We bought tires with a road warranty. Came here because got a screw in a back tire and this store repaired quickly at no charge.

I've been coming to this location for years and have dealt with the associate "Kyle". He is extremely friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I will continue using this location for all of my needs as well as suggesting them to friends and family. Wonderful service is not always a given when dealing with a "car place", this location goes above and beyond.

My garden wagon (a 50 year old dump cart) had the original tires (cracked AND WORN!!!) and inner tubes that no longer held air and were NOT reliable. These were obtuse sizes I could NOT find anywhere on the internet. These original wheels also were of dubious quality to my eye. My friends there not only located the proper size and type of tires and tubes, they installed them and tested them within all safety limits. I now will have my old wagon for another 50 years! We always go t Big O. We get the service and the care that we appreciate. And since we get out tires there several other services are at no charge! Tire rotation, air pressure checks, removal of razor blades etc. picked up by our tires on the road...

I've shopped with the Clarksville Big O since Doug Skidmore's dad was running it back in the 80's. The customer service has always been super. Doug's super friendly voice when I call has had such an impact, I use the same tone when I communicate on the two-way radio at my work place. It puts people at ease and creates a sense of trust. I've recommended this Big O to co-workers and a number of them go there now.
