I received fast courteous service recently on the repair of a flat tire. All employees are very cordial and make you feel at home while you are waiting.

Big O did a good job! The workers were smart, thorough and fast while paying attention to details!!

They are always nice to me. I am on a walker and I cannot sit in chairs with arms so they got me a chair with out them. (Please put a few of these chairs in the waiting room for disabled people like me. Thank you)

I have always been pleased with the product and service I have got at big-o stores, though this time I felt things weren't the best and I mentioned I wanted road hazard warranty and was told I was getting it I know from prices quoted I was billed for it but it doesn't show on my receipt. Service was good a little slower than usual but this store is smaller than the others I have visited and I haven't checked with them about warranty I may be looking at receipt wrong. I can say I will as I have recommend big-o to family and friends

Honestly I have never been charged for getting a plug put in a tire before at Big O which is why I went there. However I have never been to this particular Big O. These little things would have me choose another local Big O for a future tire purchase.

Big O workers found a screw in tire that had a slow leak. It was repaired at no charge, because I had purchased warranty.

due to personal issues of employees, the return of my vehicle was delayed by 24 hours.

I came in to have an alignment done I was told that there was too much stuff under my car that needed to be fixed first. 4 things need to be fixed it would have cost me over $1,000 I was able to get all four parts for under $200. The labor price is outrageous. All though I am not happy with the quote I got I am happy with the guys who work there, they are very friendly
