David helped this time we decided on some rims for my truck.they were the ones looked real nice.klye was helpful and kind when i asked him a akational queision.the guys doin the labor part did a great job with installing and balancing the tires on my truck.

I always found good service at this store.

I do oil change and rotate every 3000 miles. The guys are great. The Store is from the 70's. New tire prices are competitive, discounts for loyal customers are not good.

I was in a hurry and needed a tire rotation and oil change, but was not sure if there was time for both. I talked to dave and he worked it out with time to spare. thanks as always for the great service

I like this store a lot - so much so, that I paid the bridge toll to come to Clarksville instead of a closer Big-O down on Preston Hwy. Came in for tire rotation and oil change. After that was complete, I drove off, and my car was pulling hard to the right, and the wheel was wobbling. I spun around and returned, and one of the guys was already walking out to meet me. I described the issue, and he examined the car, and said "I see what the issue is - you have a bad tire, which is causing this". I approved for them to proceed with changing out two of my tires, and doing an alignment. Thing is, why was this not suggested buy the mechanic who performed the rotation? Makes me feel like he merely went through the motions for the tire rotation, and did not examine my tires. Kind of ironic that Question 3 in this survey was about being asked about an alignment. That never happened until my return, and the subsequent diagnosis. After the new tires and the alignment, everything is great with my car. I just wanted to let you know this happened. I have three cars, and all three have tires from this store. Tire prices were competitive and fair. Customer service has been outstanding. They have gone out of their way to help, like when my wheelbarrow tire went flat! Great people!

I always enjoy coming to Big O Tires - the service and staff are very friendly and helpful. Would love to see some updated décor or chairs in the waiting area.

Guys did good job and i was satisfied

I appreciated how easy and simple the visit was.

Kyle was excellent except for the fact that I was charged $28.00 to remove special lugnut and my tool was in the glovebox in plain sight. That was probably the only negative thing I have to say.

Oil change done in a timely manor

Big O tire store has been my go to place for my family's tire needs for over 20 years. It is a brand that I can rely on and more importantly it is a store that I trust. Doug Skidmore is the very best. He is honest and customer focused. He never tries to sell you something you do not need and he takes the time to let you know what your car may need in the future. My most recent visit was for tire rotation and brakes. It turns out that my car only needed the front brakes replaced and that I could wait on the rear. That's the honesty part that I was talking about. Doug can count on us to bring the car back when it does need rear brakes. I didn't ask them to add fluid to my washer so that the annoying light would go off .... but they did. It doesn't go unnoticed Mr. Skidmore. The Clarksville Big O store is my Big O store and my kids will continue the tradition now that they are driving. Thank you!
