Honest and helpful! Bought 5 tires. Was told about $190 rebates I could get if I used their credit card. Was going to pay cash but would not have received all the rebates. Also asked them to check my brakes to see if they needed repairs since they squeaked occasionally. Reported brakes were good.

This Big O store is the best in the area!! They found out what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner..didnt over charge me and talked everything over with me.

This visit went way beyond an oil change, but I prepared Kyle in advance of the appt. The mechanic, which was available at the time I arrived, was very nice and listened to the description of my steering issues which began a few days prior to my scheduled appt. They kept my car and worked hard correcting all the problems. Kyle kept me posted on their findings, repairs and cost. Another job well done!
