I live in Louisville, and have been coming to the Clarksville Big-O location for years. When the tolls began on the Lincoln bridge, we began to find alternatives to shopping & dining on this side of the river. One thing that did not change: which Big-O I went to! The service at your location is so top-notch, I gladly pay the bridge toll to come there! (yes, I know I could take the 2nd street bridge, but it's just a hassle to zig & zag through downtown just so I can hop back onto the 65 South!). I love how the guys come to the door and right out to the car. I have been to other locations in Louisville (perhaps to fix a nail in a tire, etc) and the service was far from what I experience at your location. We now take all 6 of our family cars here. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this location highly (not the one in Jeffersonville on Allison Lane).

Every time I go in, I am confident that I am in the best hands. They always explain everything up front and will have a couple of options, depending on what my budget is at the time. I know exactly how much it will cost before any work is ever done. I won't go anywhere else for tire work.

Kyle was awesome! The only negative I have is that I came in on Friday to see about two tires. I was given a price and when I returned on Saturday I was told because my car was all wheel drive I had to replace all four tires. I applied for the no credit check and was approved so I put down what I would have paid for two tires and will make payments on the rest until I can pay it off. Kyle was very sincere and apologized.

Never have to worry about getting a complete job done on repairs to my vehicles. This store takes great care to make sure you are in and out quickly but making sure the repairs are done right. They never forget to remind you of additional items you need to get fixed before it causes you a future problem.

We came in with a flat and left with a new tire. Kyle was excellent,caring, very professional.. Will be back..!!

I did notice a roar in my car not previously not heard. It's still present but not as loud. If it continues I will return to have it looked at.
