Needed to buy tires for e.my second car but only wanted to spend a certain amount of money. Got expert advice on the tires I should purchase from my sales persons and ended up staying under my budget figure. So far I am pleased with the performance of the tires recommended. I am very happy with my purchase.

I needed to replace a tire that was covered by a road hazard warranty. I called ahead and got the tire replaced that afternoon. Excellent customer service.

I have been dealing with these men for some time. I consider them friends, I trust them. I was on the road for 39 years prior to my retirement. I bought all my tires from Big O, for both company and personal vehicles You are located in my neighborhood, so service was convenient. I have sent friends to Big O for tires. My son recently returned from California. When he needed tires for the car he bought, I sent him to Big O. I can't imagine getting tires anywhere else.

Came in for an oil change and rotation. That morning had a flat tire that has had a slow leak. Cold weather affects this as expected. Turns out it was a valve stem seal. Been dealing with this thru 2 sets of tires thought it was a bent rim. Doug was clear and concise on pointing out the problem with confidence. Many reasons I will never go back to Ken Towery. This degree of experience and service has secured me as a life long customer.
