Exceeded my expectations by plenty.I have used this particular location for years and they are number 1 in customer service and satisfaction in my book.The last time I bought tires, I checked prices at several locations including Sam's Club and Costco.This Big O beat everyone's price.I will never go anywhere else.

My battery had died. I was given the choice of having them charge it overnight or to get a new battery immediately. I chose to wait and said I was worried about the alternator. I was told they would check it the next day when I brought my car in. The charge didn't work, which I figured would happen, and I bought a new battery. We brought the car in and a quick alternator check gave it a good rating. My family and I have bought our tires here for years.

I always buy here. I had my father, who uses a walker, with me and they made sure he had an easy entrance and exit.

There was construction going on so naturally there was some disruption to the cleanliness of the store, but that would only be temporary. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The guys are great. The cleanliness of the store is not good at all. Needs a face lift. I feel like i'm in the 80's when I'm in the store.
