The original tires on my husband's truck were replaced during this visit. Several months ago, Big O associates told us that changing the type of tires would help with how much road noise he was experiencing. The tires were finally worn enough to need replacement. The associates were right; the ride is soooo quiet now. Thanks, Big O!

These folks are simply the best there is when it comes to tires and auto service and care. I haven't bought a tire anywhere else in well over 20 years. They are quick, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. As Arnold would say, "I'll be back."

We now take all 6 of our family cars here. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this location highly (not the one in Jeffersonville on Allison Lane).

I have never had a bad experience using Big O. They go far and above to provide great service.

Kyle was awesome! The only negative I have is that I came in on Friday to see about two tires. I was given a price and when I returned on Saturday I was told because my car was all wheel drive I had to replace all four tires. I applied for the no credit check and was approved so I put down what I would have paid for two tires and will make payments on the rest until I can pay it off. Kyle was very sincere and apologized.

I have been a long-time customer of Ken Towery, but I am ready to switch to Big O for my auto service needs. Your front desk people are very friendly and seem genuinely appreciative of my business. I have the oil changed and tires rotated every six months on each of my vehicles, and Big O has done a good job handling this service. I will definitely consider Big O for my next set of tires. Since I tend to purchase new vehicles and keep a vehicle for around ten years, what other auto services are provided by Big O: cooling system flush and fill, engine belt, engine air filter, cabin air filter, engine hoses, battery, brakes, alternator, water pump, struts, etc.?

I did notice a roar in my car not previously not heard. It's still present but not as loud. If it continues I will return to have it looked at.

I went in for a tire rotation and to have a slow leak fixed. Team did a great job of quickly getting me in queue and with only 1 customer ahead of me my truck was in the bay in short order. Guys did a pit stop turn around and I was out the door in short order with tires rotated and flat fixed and since I have Big O brand tires it was free.
