I get incredible service at the Clarksville Big-O store. The managers know my name and are friendly and helpful when I come in

The salesperson was very friendly, and services were done in a timely manner.

The gentleman, who waited on me, was very courteous. He explained everything that would be done during my visit. He showed me the car's dirty air filter, and he asked if I wanted a new one. I told him yes. He also explained to me about the higher upgrade of the oil that would be used. He said it would cost more, but it was a better quality of oil. I plan to return to the store for service in three months.

The associates were very kind, clear in discussion, concerned and honest. I have been going to the same Big O Tires for 25 years and all my kids also make the trip from Louisville and Southern IN to Clarksville! Being treated well is so very well worth it. The team that does the repairs and tires are fantastic, too!

Doug was very friendly and professional and kept me updated on what was going on with my car. When it came time to pay, I encountered a bit of a snag with the service I was using, which was a concern I expressed prior to any work being done, and rather than be hateful or judgemental or calling the police, Doug was very understanding of the issue (my debit card had the funds necessary but the app (Acima) was rejecting my card) and was very patient with me while I made other arrangements to get the deposit paid. He showed absolutely no signs of inconvenience annoyance, or any other negative emotion and was just the sweetest ever. He even made sure the paper I used to write down a different payment method was properly destroyed once the payment went through. He impressed me greatly, and I'll be back just because of his service. (I live closer to another Big O location, but this one had an appointment earlier than the one closer to home.) I am definitely impressed with the caliber of people employed at this store and will definitely be referring my friends and family to this store. Also, if at all possible, make sure the appropriate people see this and get Doug a raise!!!

I hit a curb and punctured 2 tires while working in Etown. I always go to the Big O in Clarksville so I had the car towed there for service. The Big O team was friendly and Dave helped me arrange my vehicle drop off with the wrecker service as the wrecker wouldn’t be able to make it before they closed. I called in the next morning to arrange the work and the team had my car ready by lunch. I had the tire warranty so mostly everything was covered and I paid very little to have my car repaired. My accident could have been a huge headache but Big O made it easy and affordable for me!

Took me in without an appointment. Fixed tire and was out in 45 minutes.

I was greeted by name when I arrived and was told my car would be looked at asap but it may be a little while because they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment. I was given a car diagnosis within an hour.
