Kyle did a great job helping me get the tires and service to my car I needed.

The wrong tire size was ordered due to the previous tire dealer putting the tire size down as a 45 series when in fact they were a size 40 series which are less tall. After the larger tires were place on the front of the truck the manager called me thing it was his fault for copying the wrong series size down but it was not based on my receipt from the other tire company. He then reorder the correct size to match the rear tires and replaced them the next day. This manager went way out of his way to make sure my wife and I were happy with Big O Tires! Greatjob guys!

They were unable to do the repairs that my car required, because they said that they couldn't guarantee that it would fix the problem with my car.However they were able reccomend several places that could fix it, and I wasnt charge anything. I will be back to do business in the future, when I need it the people at big o tires are great!!!
