Big O takes care of their customers

I have been a loyal Big O customer for over 10 years. They sell and service the best tires and I feel secure knowing that they have locations all over Kentucky and Indiana should I ever have problems in my travels. I am thankful I stopped in the Clarksville IN location when I had some spare time and needed an oil change. The owner himself greeted me as I got out of my car and got my order started. It's been 40 years since I saw that kind of "hometown" service. The price was good even without a coupon. They noticed my back tires were close to the end of life and gave me a list of possible replacements for me to consider later. I appreciated that there was no "hard sell" and returned the next month to get my worn tires replaced. At that time, I mentioned my brakes might need to be replaced and they checked them out and told me the brakes were still good and I didn't need service right now. I'm positive that other shops would have taken advantage of that opportunity to give me the "full service". I'm very impressed with the staff, pricing and service at this store and think you will be too.
