Big O Tires

Had a flat right front tire with a nail or wire in it. Location of nail was such that tire could not be safely repaired. Ergo a new tire was purchased. Fancy talk Aint it?

I have been coming to Big O Tires for many years for all of my tire needs. I have always received great service. They are always honest and never try to sell me something I don't need. I will always be a loyal customer!

I had a wobble when pressing my brake pedal, and Big O identified the issue being with my brake pads, etc. Gave me my estimate a few weeks back, and I finally got around to getting in to have the work done. Called in advance, because I didn't know if they might need some time to get the parts. The Associate said they could get the parts quickly and that I could come in right away if I wanted. Said it would take a couple hours. That worked for me, as the WiFi on location allows me to bring my work laptop, and stay productive! Much to my surprise/delight, my car was done in under an hour! It is SO worth it to come to this Clarksville location, even though I have to pay a bridge toll to get there! :)

Big O did their usual great job. Kyle and Diug are always friendly yet professional. I trust them with my cars.

Took the time to explore matching back treads to front tires, excellent knowledge, advice, and overall cost for two back tires. Will return this summer for the front two.

I was visiting from Nashville tn and had a slow leak in a tire,picked up a screw.I left my car there and ran errands. They called me within 1 hrs,when I got there to pick up and pay,they told me Merry Christmas, it was free of charge!..Thanks for your awesomeness!!!

I cant Express into words how grateful I am for these guys! I needed a new battery and they replaced it for me without hesitation. I got my oil changed, filters replaced and free tire rotation. Now I can relax and not have fear of being stuck on the road and have a way to get my chemotherapy!!! Thanks guys for you dedication to great service and allowing me to continue on the road to recovery on TIME!

I've been coming to this Big O for over 40 years now. Pricing is always compatible and the customer service has always been great. I had bought pads and rotors to do my own work on my wife's car, but I found her brakes much different than on my vehicle. Dave gave me a labor-only price, scheduled me quickly, and by the next morning I was good to go.

Doug and Kyle are always courteous and willing to get me taken care of in a prompt and efficient manor.

I came in to get my front tires balanced, and the manager noticed my tires were separating at the tread. I dive the interstate daily and feel like he saved me from an eventual blowout. I bought 4 tires at a great price, had the best service, and am completely satisfied. Thank you Big O Kenny Brown

I did not make an appointment, but was taken care of right away. I didn't stay while the car was being serviced. The technician called me when the service was completed, as promised. Very fast and efficient. And explained exactly what was done to the tire.
