Great service and always friendly personnel. Able to get us in and out.

We could schedule an appointment within a week of needing new tires. When I got there I was immediately waited on, and only had to wait 1 hour for new tires.

I was very satisfied with my experience because I was greeted right when I arrived. I was told on the spot what the price would be and I would be notified if the prices changed. The people there were very nice and I didn't have to wait long. I also liked how they didn't adjust my seat or music. I also loved how they parked my car better than I've done.

I have three cars, and all three have tires from this store. Tire prices were competitive and fair. Customer service has been outstanding. They have gone out of their way to help, like when my wheelbarrow tire went flat! Great people!

This big old location in Clarksville met my expectations and my needs

I recently moved to the area and have visited this store twice. Their customer service and professionalism is outstanding. I have been personally attended to by the store manager, Doug. He is outstanding and I would recommend his auto services to anyone in need of quality auto care.

I have used Big O tires since 2004 and they have always been able to keep high quality tires on my trucks and trailers. Two years ago I consolidated my trucks and trailers due to a career change. I now put in excess of 55,000miles a year on my truck and I am visiting my local BigO tires monthly for tire rotations and brake inspections. During my last visit the Store Manager Kyle Kimberlin spent several minutes with me going over what fluids and maintance would need done when I roll 100,000miles on my 2012 Silverado in a month or two and put together a budgetary quote so I would know what to expect.

I really like the staff at this location. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

2wks ago rep put air n tire..suggested I watch closely This wk..tire pressure low again..& although my tire purchase at another store & I wasn't n their system ..tire repaired ..I on my way....I soo appreciative...(will put purchase proof n glovebox/ although no necessary now)... friendly..visit cd not hav been improved..
