These guys have always helped me out. From running out of gas in front of their store, they took me to get a gas can and gas. Then every time I have had a tire issue they have treated me with honesty and respect. Highly recommend these guys to anyone I know who needs tires.

I have had 2 urgent situations with vehicles in the past 2 months and it just happened to be near the Clarksville store. Both times I received excellent, courteous service. They were clear and precise in their explanations, being a woman at times automobile service centers talk to women like they are stupid. I felt respected and they were compassionate as one of the incidents involved myself being hit by a uninsured driver. They will have my business in the future.

This location was very friendly and helped me pick out the tires and rims I wanted in edition with very excellent service they got my truck in and out in about 2 hours I had them install the new rims and tires and replace my windshield wipers, oil change. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for a new set of wheels. I would also like to Thank Kyle for his excellent service!

Every time I go in, I am confident that I am in the best hands. They always explain everything up front and will have a couple of options, depending on what my budget is at the time. I know exactly how much it will cost before any work is ever done. I won't go anywhere else for tire work.

Never have to worry about getting a complete job done on repairs to my vehicles. This store takes great care to make sure you are in and out quickly but making sure the repairs are done right. They never forget to remind you of additional items you need to get fixed before it causes you a future problem.

The scheduling was easy. The staff were extremely helpful with what I was needing done, and they told me the amount it would cost up front.

I've been coming to this Big O in Clarksville, Indiana for around forty years now, since I owned my first car. The prices are good and the customer service can't be beat. Doug Skidmore and the crew always take good care of me. They put the tires on my very first vehicle and will likely put the tires on my last.
