I love coming to the Clarksville Big O. They always help me and answer any questions. Kyle is the most helpful worker there!

This visit went way beyond an oil change, but I prepared Kyle in advance of the appt. The mechanic, which was available at the time I arrived, was very nice and listened to the description of my steering issues which began a few days prior to my scheduled appt. They kept my car and worked hard correcting all the problems. Kyle kept me posted on their findings, repairs and cost. Another job well done!

They were friendly, and got me out of there quick. What more could you ask for..

Just when for a tire rotation, wasn't a long wait at all maybe 20 minutes. That's all. Thank you!!
