Got oil chan

Every time I've gone to Big O they've service V and help me out to the best of their ability.!

I made an appointment for 9am. I dropped my car off the night before. I was to get an oil change, break check and was hearing a noise in my wheel bearings. I called at 12:30 and only my oil change had been done. I was given 'I don't know' as an answer to why it all wasn't worked on at my 9am appointment. One called me back and let me know my rear rotars needs replaced add they heard no noise. I was promised the with would be completed by 4pm. I got a ride there around 4:30. I used to live in Jeffersonville and was always given great service. I've gone to a few places in Louisville, where I live now, and made the trip back to you because of past service. I wasn't as pleased this time. I made arrangements to get a ride and work from home all for this appointment and didn't feel it was done timely.

Was very satisfied with service will use big o again

Not a fan of having to now make appointments for oil changes.

I was very pleased with the prompt service. This is the first set of Big O brand tires I've purchased and am extremely pleased with the ride and quietness of these tires. Thank you.

I have always loved the service of the Jeffersonville big o for many many years and was pleased with this very last visit for a simple tire rotation and plug from a nail.. Which I'm glad since my visit before was such a disappointment getting my new tires put on! They did an alignment on it when they shouldn't of, which they did take off the bill so easily and promptly!! Thank you!!! Besides that I had to bring back next day because the balancing weights was falling off, which you all promptly fixed and returned quickly.. Lastly my undercarriage cover fell down soon as I got it back almost on way home and had to stop and zip tie it up. I was so frustrated at that point and had to be in Indianapolis I just zip tied it up and left..

Appreciated the feedback on my Ram 2500. Even fixed my alignment after I was told it was ok. Most dealers don't have the equipment these guys have for an alignment job. They showed me the issue and talked about it with me. Refreshing customer service!

I would've given a higher rating if I had a shorter wait. I had an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early, but I was still there for 2 hours. The staff were all very kind and apologized for the wait, which was nice. However, there was one associate who just didn't seem to care that the place was crazy busy. She came back from her break as I was checking out and she didn't even acknowledge the gentleman next to me, who had been waiting a while. I will still be a return customer, since the rest of the staff were great and the price was reasonable.

Unfortunately I was ther during a very busy time at the end of the day, so waiting time was a little long. But the employees were wonderful

Josh & his tech took great care of needs. They diagnosed our mechanical issue & fixed it to our highest level of satisfaction. I have done business with this Big O Store for many years & will continue to do so. I want to apologize for my mistake in rating thus store as a 1. I meant to rate it a 5, not a 1.
