I have always been treated fairly and my experience with Big O Tires has always been the best every since I got my first car 38 years ago. I tried other tire places a couple of times and had less than favorable results. Danny in customer service is the best. He really looks out for the customers best interest. On my last visit (a couple of weeks ago) the gentleman who came to help me was very quick to solve my problem. I told him that I needed a new tire because I had hit a curb and taken a little chunk out of the sidewall. He looked at the tire and after examining it. He said that the steel inside the tire had not been damaged and that I did not need a new tire. He could have sold me a new tire because I believed I needed one but insteead he repaired the cosmetic damage to my tire and I was on my way about 10 minutes later. I was very thankful that I did not need a new tire. I wish I could remember his name so I could give a shoot out for his help.

It was a perfect experience.

Team went above and beyond. I had knee surgery on a Wednesday when they called that my special order tires were in. They offered to pick up my truck and return it so I didn't have to go out. From pick up to return was less than 4 hours and tires look and ride perfect. With this Corona virus issue, all control surfaces came back covered to but my mind at ease (theirs too probably). Support local business and know this one will go the extra mile for safety and convenience.

Well I created an appointment to get some tires installed The day I got there they only had three of the four and that model was on backorder. So I was forced to spend for a $100 more for a more expensive model. I assumed that my appointment assured me those tires would be in stock. Boy was I wrong. But I had to have tires so I reluctantly purchased. I will probably go somewhere else in the future. Very disappointed.

Dennis did a great job, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Dead battery replaced and alternated check.

Leonardo Paniagua was very kind and professional. I brought my car to this location on Saturday unscheduled. They said it may be Monday before they could get it to it. They called within an hour and said the technician Christopher Jackson looked at it said it was a simple brake pedal grommet replacement so he fixed it and I had my car back within 2 hours. I have been using Big O for many years because I always liked working with Dennis.

Work was done in a quality manner. Workers seemed very knowledgeable. Great care was taken in doing the work on my car. I switched to Big O because of this quality work

Good place, consistently good service

I have never had an issue with Big O, only positive experiences. I’ve never felt like I was being taken advantage of.

If the people in Jeffersonville are going anywhere else to have their service done on their cars or on their tires, they're missing the boat

Appointment was at 12:30 and I was out before 1:00 for a wheel alignment.

Love them! They are amazing

I arrived first thing on Monday morning to purchase a new set of tires. I picked the brand that was in stock and my car was taken back immediately. I also got a front end alignment and was out in 90 minutes.
