My 19 year daughter old daughter asked me recently, "Why do you like Big O Tires?" Because the managers are polite, professional, they get my car done in time, the cost is reasonable, and I have come to know them personally, in addition they shuttle me when there is a need, I replied. "Really? yeah! when I went to pick the car recently they said, oh we know your dad" she replied." I believe they are good people" she added. So this is a true story. I recommend the team to any one looking.

Good, honest, quick service

I use this location for all my tire service & alignment needs. The staff is beyond excellent in their customer care. I arrived at 7:20AM Friday morning, 3/2/18. While sitting in the parking lot, I noticed how people were wiping down windows, vacuuming the entry rugs, positioning products just right, etc. To me, it was clearly an attention to detail oriented team at this location. The service performed: Always outstanding with no issues. This location will always handle my tire & maintenance needs. As a professor of business at Ivy Tech Community College, I continually stress how important customer service is beyond the realm of simply say, "How can we help you today." Rather, customer service is engaging, understanding the customer's needs, and then knowing how to solve those needs. This location serves as a great reminder of how service should be for both the retailer & consumer.

I kinda don't mind going.

I went into Big-O expecting my tire replacement to be time consuming and expensive. I ran over to Kohl's while they were working on my car (thanks to the new Bog-O location in Jeffersonville) and it was done quickly and as minimal cost. Everyone there is so nice and helpful.
