Keith and Matt helped me and did a wonderful job! Getting your car fixed is never a fun experience but they both kept me at ease and even let me know about the current promotions so I could save!

I called the store and spoke with Dennis. I needed a quote for 4 new tires. He was very helpful and personal on the phone. I made an appointment with him. When I arrived on a very busy Saturday, Dennis was the person to greet me. The car was finished in the amount of time that he told me. I believe that Josh was the person that rang in my purchase. The entire staff seemed very friendly and eager to help customers.

I am glad I finally had new tires put on my vehicle. 99% of the noise I was experiencing while driving is gone and the ride is much smoother.

The specific salesperson I worked with was fantastic. I hope he hears that from you all at Big O

The only shop in town I trust with my vehicles. Always been a fast and friendly experience. We just go next door to Waffle House have a meal walk back and the car is ready within 15 minutes of our return. We will be buying tires there soon. When you move to your new location you will be even closer to us.

Danny, Dennis and the guys always do a great job for me. I have been trading there so long that there is no need to formalities such as meeting me at the car, etc. Always a pleasure dealing with them.

Fixed my flat tire quickly. They always give reliable service.

I had my oil and filter changed and spoke with Josh, Dan, and Dennis. All are great guys and very attentive. I ask them to pull my wheels and check my brakes, which they did and found no problems. I still have a noise under my SUV and will ask them to check it out the next time I am there.

Fast and courteous. A little pricy but heck, who aint these days. You get what you pay for and I am confident that I got a brake job that I can depend on for years to come.

Big O in Jeffersonville is the only place I take my vehicles and has been the only place I trust for over 10 years. I still price check at other stores and Big O has competitive prices and great customer service. Dennis and Danny have always been honest and trustworthy for my family.
