I have been to various tire dealers and have never been let down by Big O. The prices are good and the service has always been good. I will continue to go back.

I stopped in after work around 4:45, no appointment and they seemed quite busy. I thought there was no way I was getting oil changed and tires balanced /rotated. Thank you for proving me wrong guys. Great job.

The service was great I didn't have to wait long. I believe Juustin was the tech that done the oil change for me. He was a wonderful help and a very pleasant guy.

Helping hand with a heart: I pulled in to get air in the tire. Little did I know the transmission was about to go. When I turned the corner there went my tranny. Luckily there was an employee who helped to push my 3,000 pound car to a parking spot. He helped to calm my nerves and made me feel welcome. The manager later called me throughout the day keeping me well informed on all processes of procedure. Although they couldn't fix my problem they really showed me some love in a tight spot!
