To whom it may concern my visits too your store is always good,nice professional people who knows there stuff but on my Last visit I had 2 tires install with the same brand as the ones I had on my vehicle before coming there & my vehicle was riding smooth but after the oil change & the 2 new tires I had install I noticed & my wife also noticed too that our vehicle was riding a Lot rougher than before so I just chalked it up too having the new tires install but no a person knows how there vehicle rides & drives so I wanted too take it back on memorial day but they were closed so I'll be taken it back on Tuesday may 28 too find out way it's riding rough but overall great service.

I bring my car and my van/RV for oil changes, batteries, brakes, tires, etc. I always get great service from everyone - Keith, Rachel, Danny, Donnie, Josh - they are all friendly, knowledgeable, and don't mind repeating in a way that I can understand what is needed. I first came to Big O to replace air with nitrogen in my car tires. Then I asked if they could change the oil in my van/RV, which they didn't have any problems with so I just keep expanding my "asks" and they keep answering yes! I can make an appt. or just drop in and they generally always get me in within 24 hours. I think the price for an oil change is a bit high but since I frequently get coupon mailers, it brings the price down a bit. I'll be back!

Danny treated me as a valuable customer. The tech was Abraham (nick name) was also very customer friendly. He payed a lot of attention to detail on my vehicle/wheels, as though they were his own - to the point of covering the tire dismount machine with rags so as not not scratch/scuff my aftermarket wheels on the backside!
