Big O Tires

Josh has always been honest and does nothing try to upset, me on anything that I do not need. I will never go anywhere else to get my car worked on or to buy tires.

Was quoted approx. 30 minutes to due the required service. They notified me in less than 15 minutes that they had it completed. (Prompt attention and service}

Good service, fair prices and friendly staff.

I purchased four tires last week for my van. Went in with a low tire this week and it was repaired. mentioned a front tire with a flat spot and they replaced it, fixed my tire and received a free alignment check. new tire and all less than $100. Taking in my trailer for new tires this week.

Dennis is the best. All of your service people do a great job but Dennis is by far my favorite. Thanks for taking care of me and my family on a regular basis.

Customer service was very professional and attentive to my questions even with the shop being busy with so many other customers. The wait was very timely. I am a new customer to Big O and from out of town their willingness to help me was a relief. My brakes were making noise and they offered to assess the problem immediately and fortunately the problem was resolved at no charge and I received a free oil change coupon. Since I'm going to be in the area a while I plan on using the coupon soon. Glad I took a chance on an unknown. Thank You.

I cannot be thankful enough... Dennis and his team made all my anxiety go away with helping put the spare on all the way to the end with purchase of a new tire. They got us on our way home 180 miles away so quickly and were so gracious and informative. Dennis and Martin made our day!

Keith started me but he was very busy while I was trying to get approved through snap but Danny helped me through acima and got my tires on and alignment done quick. Danny was very friendly and helpful! Kieth was friendly too just very busy.
