Fast friendly yet a too costly service

I called before I came in to get an oil change Keith was who answered my call and answered all my questions and gave me full details and cost will be a return customer

The only issue that I had was they don't put a paper protection on your floor mates. My mate was very dirty and greasy. I didn't say anything but I will tell them the next time I go in. My car was in and out in the time I was told.

I had went recently to have some minor service done to my car. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

I have been purchasing my tires from Big O Tires in Jeffersonville, IN since 1991. I always receive excellent service and competitive prices.

Price quoted ahead of service was accurate. Time estimated to complete work was accurate. They even drove me home so that I wouldn't have to sit and wait for the work to be completed plus pucked me up when the job was finished. Thank you!!

great friendly service . in and out in less 30 minutes after having 4 new tires put on. car rides so much better

I have been going to Big O for several years now and have always been given excellent service. The employees are always friendly and they are efficient. I recently had an appt and arrived early. They were able to service my car and I was out of their in 40 minutes.

The salesperson was very helpful and took the time to show me what happened and didn't just expect me to take his word for the issues. He was very kind

Keith went above and beyond assisting me with my wheel bearing issue on my car. He contacted the extended warranties company on my behalf only to find out my car has to be fixed at Hyundai.

The only thing they could not do was those in question # 3 because they were very busy. They were really friendly.

The service at the Jeffersonville store is wonderful. They got my car fixed in record time, even though they were swamped and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg.

Dennis is the best in the Jeffersonville office. I am not sure about the new Rachel lady. She seems to be a bit of a know-it-all. I have NEVER taken any of my cars to anyone but Big-O. I expect to be treated well and not like someone who has no idea about her car. I have driven GM's all my like I know what my car does. She should respect that. other than that, I will always come in even if I have to only deal with the people I know!! My mother and son also bring their vehicles' in also. If my mother lets you touch her Caddy you have done something right.
