I was so pleased with the service at Big O' Tires. I was in need of a new tire, and it was not in stock in the store. The store ordered it for me at lunchtime, received it the same day, and I had my car back by 6:00 pm.

I have been to Big O numerous times and every time they get the job done with a friendly, professional attitude. I went to a different tire store for an alignment and was completely disappointed with the work that was done. When I took the same vehicle to Big O to get tires they noticed the poor work done and pointed it out to me. I went back to the other store to get it corrected and the alignment was all wrong since then. Took the vehicle to Big O when it was time to do the tire rotation and had them do the alignment as well. Job done right and vehicle drives great. Couldn't be happier with the service of Big O. Great prices and great services. I won't go anywhere else now.

Dennis, Danny, Josh are super awesome at the Jeffersonville Indiana store, they are always polite and very professional. They always let me know if there is a issue with my car or tires. I have been purchasing tires and oil changes since 1982 when I got my first car. And my children bring there cars to them too.. Thanks
