I bought 4 new tires on January 19th. It was really busy & I was told it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours before my truck was ready. I had my sister pick me up from Big O and in 1 hour I was called and notified that it was ready. Prior to my visit, I talked with Dennis twice then when I arrived at Big O, Reese waited on me. Everyone at Big O are always very pleasant and friendly.

I've been a Big O customer for years and normally Dennis takes care of me, so I was a little hesitant going in when I found out he was off that day. But my concerns were quickly eliminated by the friendly staff. I had to have a tire repaired and I didn't make an appointment but the Big O staff had my tire fixed in very short order. I was really surprised how quickly my car was fixed. Very professional assistance from everybody at Big O. Thanks, John

I have been extremely impressed with the service I have rcvd since I bought my tires from Big O in Jeffersonville. I come in periodically for an oil change and rotation and have had no major issues at all. The only thing I would like to see improve is the grease/oil on my carpet when the service is conducted. Every time I get in my car afterward there is oil on my carpet. Generally the paper is put in the floorboard to try and prevent this but it is not working. Again, aside from that you guys have been wonderful and thanks again so much for treating me so kind when I come in.

Your store did my oil change and rotate and balanced my tires.Great job.Working at the Census Bureau, it's convenient to have Big O so close so work can get done during regular business hours.
