I called the store to check on an oil change price and availability prior to an emergency trip of 2400 miles from Indiana to Seattle, Washington. I explained that the reason for the trip was that my brother is in the last stage of A. L. S., and that we needed to get there as safely yet as cheaply as possible. Danny, in Jeffersonville, IN answered the phone and took care of my needs perfectly. When I asked him about new tires, he recommended what he has on his own car, and handled the entire transaction with wonderful customer service and humanitarian grace. He was such a blessing.

The folks there always do a great job. I just wish they had someone who works there understands trailer wiring. Oh well, they are into cars and trucks: not trailers. Nothing wrong with that.

Every time I've been there I've always gotten great service. I appreciate the concerns of safety of my vehicle. I had some broken parts that could have caused a serious accident. They also did a courtesy check everything on my new car. Plus found out where the leak was coming from all of a sudden on my car. Thanks for going the extra mile to keep me safe on the road.

I have been bringing all of my cars here for tire and service as long as I can remember. The Big O team in Jeffersonville is always professional, fast, and easy to work with. I will continue to bring my cars here in the future. I'll be in soon for new tires on my truck!

I visited this store tonight and needed a tire rotation, new bulb in a headlight, and oil change. I went in about 4:30 quarter to 5 pm. They close at 6 pm and there were quite a few customers ahead of me. They went out of their way to make certain that all my needs were met and stayed late to complete all jobs requested. These are a wonderful group of employees. I'm very glad I can depend on them.

Keith at the Jeffersonville store helped me from beginning to end!!! He went above and beyond!! He took all stress of having to have work done away!! He is a true asset to your company!!!!

I made and appointment and was very please at how quickly they rotated my tires and changed my oil. I love the one stop shopping! Employees are all very courteous. I have and will continue to recommend this place
